(NewsNation) — A man from Tempe, Arizona, was arrested Friday after police found a body in his backyard freezer.

Joseph Hill Jr., 51, was arrested on charges of concealment of a body and failure to report death.

Hill refused to let officers look inside his freezer after they arrived at his Tempe property Tuesday following a tip that a body was in his backyard.

According to Arizona Family, police said Hill Jr. remarked his father had passed away four years ago. The skeletal remains found have not yet been identified.

The investigation continues.
