(NewsNation) — Murder charges have been filed against the husband of missing pregnant woman Mischa Johnson, according to the U.S. Army.

Pfc. Dewayne Arthur Johnson II has been charged with his wife’s murder, intentionally killing her preborn child, obstruction of justice and possession of child pornography.

Mischa Johnson’s body has not been found, but her family is confident justice will be served, NewsNation affiliate KOHN reports.

Pfc. Johnson remains in pretrial confinement pending a preliminary hearing. He was initially charged with providing false statements, obstruction of justice and production and distribution of child pornography.

Mischa Johnson was reported missing by her husband after she was last seen the evening of July 31 at home. She was 19 years old and six months pregnant when she went missing.
