TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Krispy Kreme is set to debut the “Merry Ginchmas Doughnut Collection” ahead of the holiday season.
Beginning Nov. 29, at participating Krispy Kreme shops, three new Grinch-inspired doughnuts will make their debuts along with two returning holiday doughnuts.
“Our Merry Grinchmas doughnuts are guaranteed to make even the Grinchiest Grinch smile,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme Global Chief Brand Officer.
Customers’ doughnut boxes could include:
- Grinch Doughnut: an unglazed doughnut filled with Cookies and KREME filling, and dipped in green icing with a chocolate icing grin.
- Grinch Claus Doughnut: an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate, topped with buttercreme, Christmas crispies, and a Grinch piece.
- Cindy-Lou Who Merry Berry Tree Doughnut: an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in strawberry icing with a buttercreme tree.
- Santa Belly Doughnut: An unglazed doughnut filled with white creme and decorated as a Santa’s jacket.
- Holiday Sprinkle Doughnut: an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate icing with festive sprinkles.
On Dec. 12 Krispy Kreme is set to bring back their annual 12/12 “Day of the Dozens,” which will offer customers $1 Original Glazed dozen when they purchase any dozen at a regular price.
