(NewsNation) — The FBI is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the return of Stefanie Damron or the arrest of anyone involved in her disappearance.

The 14-year-old was reported missing on Sept. 24, 2024, and was last seen walking out of her house and into the woods in New Sweden, Maine.

Christopher and Lisa Marie Damron, Stefanie’s parents, said she argued with her sister before she left.

The family had moved to Maine from Texas in 2020, and a relative said Stefanie had tried to run away before but had been found by her family in the woods.

Stefanie was homeschooled and had limited access to social media.

Police recently released new photos of Stefanie in hopes of someone coming forward.
