Daniel Penny trial: Witnesses describe the incident

Friday marked the end of the first week in the trial of Daniel Penny, accused of fatally choking Jordan Neely, a mentally ill homeless man, on a New York City subway last May. The prosecution called 24 witnesses, but several seemed to bolster Penny’s defense, testifying that he acted to protect himself and others from a potentially violent threat. Trial attorneys Misty Marris, presenting the prosecution’s view, and Randy Zelin on the defense, join NewsNation’s “CUOMO” to discuss.
