Jimmy Johns introduces limited-run ‘Picklewich’

(NewsNation) — Jimmy Johns is catering to pickle lovers for a limited time this month and next with the rollout of its new “Picklewich.”

The sandwich, which swaps bread for a giant kosher dill pickle, will be available starting Oct. 28 through Nov. 14.

Customers will have two choices: The Vito Picklewhich (salami, capocollo, provolone cheese, fresh-sliced lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, oregano and basil) and the Turkey Picklewich (turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato).

The sandwich chain is also bringing back its pickle-flavored potato chips, according to a news release.

In celebration of National Sandwich Day on Nov. 3 Jimmy Johns will offer rewards members 50% off a Picklewich with the purchase of any 8-inch sub.
